Multinational Fires Employee, Court Rules in His Favor

A multinational company fired a bakery manager in September 2021, accusing him of altering dates and using expired materials. The employee received a monthly gross salary of over 3,000 euros.

According to the company, the employee froze products without approval, placed thawed products back on the shelves with new labels, used expired raw materials, and threatened other employees.

However, the court overturned the dismissal due to lack of evidence and the company's contradictory stance.
