Premia Properties: €73 Million Investment in Two Hotels on Kos

Premia Properties has announced the acquisition of two new hotel units on Kos, GAIA PALACE and GAIA ROYAL, with a total investment of €73 million, including renovation costs.

The hotels are located in Mastichari, in a seaside location, and have 441 rooms on a mixed area of 28,000 sq.m. on a 114-acre plot. They have been operating successfully for over 25 years.

The transaction is expected to be completed within 2025. The management of the hotels will be assigned to the Scandinavian NLTG (North Leisure Travel Group) through a 20-year lease. The renovation is expected to be completed in May 2027.
