6,900 Plots for Sale in Occupied Territories

According to a website in the occupied territories, the number of plots for sale in occupied Cyprus has reached 6,900. Of these, 646 are valued at over £1 million.

The most expensive property is a beachfront plot of 210 acres in Kalograia, Kyrenia, valued at £52.5 million. This property has a British title deed and a license for hotel and tourist facilities.

The website Giynik reports that, according to data collected up to August 4, activity in the real estate market is increasing, with the number of plots and agricultural land for sale exceeding 6,900. 71% are plots and 29% are fields.

Kyrenia has the most sales, with 2,261 listings. This is followed by the areas of Trikomo and Famagusta. Giynik's research identified 646 properties worth over £1 million, mainly between £1 and £5 million.
