Alphamega Supermarkets and Microsoft have announced a strategic partnership to digitally transform the retail sector in Cyprus. The supermarket chain is modernizing its digital infrastructure with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, aiming for a state-of-the-art environment.

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is an ERP solution that automates processes such as finance, supply chain, and human resources. Alphamega Supermarkets will have a unified ERP for financial and commercial operations, improving efficiency and customer experience.

Over the next five years, Alphamega Supermarkets will enhance human resources, use artificial intelligence, introduce new-generation point-of-sale solutions, accelerate sustainability processes, and consolidate data through Microsoft Fabric.

The CEO of Alphamega Supermarkets, Mr. Giorgos Theodotou, stated that the partnership enhances the chain's efficiency and competitiveness, while contributing to shaping the future of retail in Cyprus.
