Energy Minister Meets TotalEnergies CEO at Gastech 2025

The Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry, Giorgos Papanastasiou, had important contacts with TotalEnergies at Gastech 2025.

According to a post by Mr. Papanastasiou on the X platform, he had a constructive meeting with the CEO of TotalEnergies, Patrick Pouyanné, in Milan.

The discussion focused on energy transfer efforts, the Cyprus–TotalEnergies cooperation in the Cypriot EEZ, and developments in Block 6.

The Minister also participated in a Gastech 2025 thematic roundtable on energy security, sustainability, and affordable consumer prices.
