Road Tax 2026: How to Pay Without TAXISnet Codes

Since November 3rd, the payment notices for road tax 2026 are available on the myCAR platform of the AADE. Vehicle owners can now pay without using TAXISnet codes.

Simply enter the registration number and VAT number (AFM) on the myAADE platform to display the notice and complete the payment.

Steps for payment:

1. Visit the myAADE page.
2. Select Digital Services > myCAR > Vehicles > Road Tax without TAXISnet.
3. Enter your VAT number (AFM), vehicle registration number, and road tax year.
4. Print the notice and follow the payment process.

The deadline for timely payment of road tax expires on December 31, 2025.

Penalties for late payments:

• 25% penalty for payment by January 31, 2026.
• 50% penalty for payment by February 28, 2026.
• 100% penalty for late payment from March 1, 2026 onwards.
