Positive Response from Hoteliers, Union Measures Still in Effect

Unions ΣΥΞΚΑ ΠΕΟ and ΟΥΞΕΚΑ ΣΕΚ noted a partially positive response from hoteliers, but the decision for strike measures remains in effect.

In a joint announcement, the unions stated that following the announcement of strike measures against hotel groups that did not comply with agreements, there was a partial positive response.

The Department of Labour Relations has not completed mediations despite calls for acceleration. The unions will meet next week to reassess.

The goal is the implementation of the agreements by the hoteliers who have not responded.
