Cyprus: €139,622 Paid for Fire-Affected Workers' Salaries in Limassol

The Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance has disbursed €139,622 for the salaries of 126 fire-affected workers in mountainous Limassol.

The financial assistance covers the period from July 23 to August 31 and includes salaries and contributions for employees unable to work due to fire damage.

Payments were made to 26 employers for 94 employees and to 32 self-employed individuals in agriculture, livestock, catering, winemaking, tourism, and trade.
