13-year-old from occupied Cyprus to Turkey for family reunification

Procedures are underway for the reunification with his family in Turkey of the 13-year-old from Syria, who had disappeared from the free areas and was located in the occupied territories.

According to Turkish Cypriot media, the minor's family was located in Turkey and communication has already taken place with them.

The 13-year-old, who had been reported missing since August 6, is in good health, has been placed under protection and is being hosted in a children's facility.
