7-Year-Old Girl in ICU After Limassol Car Accident

A 7-year-old girl is being treated in the Intensive Care Unit of Makario Hospital, out of danger, following a car accident that occurred on New Year's Day in Limassol.
According to the police, a 41-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle, causing it to collide with a parked car and then a wall. The driver claims he felt dizzy.
The driver's two minor children, aged 13 and 7, were in the vehicle. The 13-year-old sustained minor injuries, while the 7-year-old was initially taken to Limassol General Hospital. A fracture of the left wrist and internal bleeding were diagnosed, and she was subsequently transferred to Makario Hospital.
The driver was slightly injured and discharged from the hospital. Limassol Traffic Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident, including the use of seat belts and a child seat.
