Foot-and-Mouth Disease: First 10,000 Vaccine Doses Delivered from Occupied Territories

The first batch of 20,000 vaccine doses against foot-and-mouth disease was delivered today to the free areas from the occupied territories.
The delivery took place in the context of addressing the cases of the disease that appeared in the free areas, aiming to protect animal health and prevent its spread.
According to an announcement by the "Ministry of Agricultural Development and Natural Resources", the first batch of 10,000 doses was delivered by the "veterinary services" to the free areas of the Republic of Cyprus.
The delivery of the remaining 10,000 doses is expected to take place in the coming days.
