Bus Drivers' Protest in Nicosia Cancelled

The planned bus drivers' protest in Nicosia has been cancelled, according to a police announcement. The organizers informed about the cancellation of the event.

Additionally, the unions ΣΕΓΔΑΜΕΛΙΝ-ΠΕΟ, ΟΜΕΠΕΓΕ-ΣΕΚ, ΔΕΕ ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΩΝ ΔΕΟΚ announced the suspension of the mobilization of workers at the Larnaca Buses, pending a meeting with the Director of Labor Relations of the Ministry of Labor.

In a joint statement, the unions stated that the mobilization is suspended as a sign of goodwill, due to the invitation to a meeting at the Ministry of Labor. The outcome of the meeting will be communicated to a General Assembly of the workers.
