"Alma" Movement Calls for Immediate Measures for Fire Victims

The "Alma" Movement is calling for the immediate implementation of support measures for fire victims, emphasizing speed and effectiveness. In a statement, the movement proposes the creation of a "service point" per village or cluster to issue state certificates.

Additionally, it calls for fast-track licensing with a Project Manager for homes within residential zones and social support for primary residences outside these zones. The proposed measures include compensation for small businesses based on replacement costs, flood control projects, targeted reforestation, and the creation of a public dashboard to monitor project progress.

The movement stresses the need for accountability but underscores that the daily lives of fire victims cannot wait. It proposes mobile interdisciplinary teams in the form of Citizen Service Centers (KEP) in each village, as well as on-the-spot issuance of certificates by the state.

It also calls for rapid licensing for destroyed homes without permits, support for small businesses based on the actual replacement cost, and restructuring of the agricultural sector. Furthermore, it proposes flood protection, environmental restoration with a timetable, and incentives for private land.

Finally, the movement seeks transparency and accountability through a public progress dashboard and an official plan with milestones, urging the government to implement the measures immediately and support vulnerable populations.
