Alpha Bank Cyprus: Bringing Parents and Children Together at Work

Alpha Bank Cyprus continues its successful program "Parents and Children TOGETHER at Work" for the fourth year. This initiative allows teenagers to experience the professional world of their parents.

From July 7 to August 29, 2025, working parents will host their children (aged 15-18) in bank branches and services. Children will learn about the bank's operations, observe their parents' work, and participate in simple tasks.

The program, which started in 2022, enhances understanding of the parent's role, cultivates responsibility and self-esteem in children, and develops skills. The initiative is part of Alpha Bank Cyprus' "Education" pillar.
