Spearmint «Nobel» Recalled in Cyprus Due to Celery

Health authorities have announced the recall of spearmint from the Cypriot market because it contains celery that is not declared on the label.
The product is SPEARMINT, brand name «Nobel», with a best before date of 30/09/2027, net weight 20g and origin in Egypt.
During inspections, celery, an allergenic ingredient, was detected without being declared on the label, violating the law.
The distributing company has been informed for immediate withdrawal. Consumers allergic to celery are advised to avoid consumption and return the product.
