Biocidal Product 'DESO SCRUB' Recalled from European Market

A biocidal product with the trade name 'DESO SCRUB' has been recalled from the European market, according to the Rapid Exchange of Information System (RAPEX).

In its announcement, RAPEX stated that there is no clear information regarding the product's export countries.

The Department of Agriculture of Cyprus is conducting an investigation to locate the product in the Cypriot market, even though it is not licensed in the Republic of Cyprus.

The public is urged to immediately discontinue use of the product if they possess it and to contact the Department of Agriculture at 22408633 or 22408550 if found on the market.
