Fire Victims in Limassol to Receive Compensation Only Through FIMAS

Compensation for fire victims in the Limassol district will be paid exclusively through the FIMAS electronic system of the Republic's General Accounting Office.

As stated to CYPE by the Deputy District Officer of Limassol, Elektra Panagiotou, those not registered in FIMAS must complete an application immediately, providing proof of bank account, to enable the remittance of compensation.

Application forms have been sent to local authorities in the affected communities.
