Unstable Weather with Rain and Thunderstorms During Holy Week

According to the Department of Meteorology, the region is affected by a weak low pressure system and an unstable air mass. Increased local cloud cover and isolated showers, possibly thunderstorms, are expected today along the coast. In the afternoon, clouds will develop, causing local rain and thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains, south, east, and inland. Hail is also possible during thunderstorms.
Winds will be mainly southwest to northwest, light to moderate, but will strengthen in the afternoon along the coast. Temperatures will reach around 22 degrees Celsius inland, 21 degrees Celsius along the coast, and 11 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.
Isolated showers are expected on Holy Wednesday, mainly in the mountains and east, while on Holy Thursday the weather will be partly cloudy with local rain and thunderstorms, mainly in the mountains, south, east, and inland. Isolated showers or thunderstorms are expected on Good Friday, with improved weather from the afternoon.
