August Rains in the Mountains of Cyprus – Videos

Heavy rainfall occurred in various mountainous areas of Cyprus. Videos posted on social media show the intensity of the phenomena.

According to the Meteorological Service, the weather tomorrow will be mainly clear, but in the afternoon there may be isolated rains in the mountains. The winds will be light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally strong, 5 Beaufort on the coasts in the afternoon. The temperature will reach 37 degrees Celsius inland.
