Increased traffic is observed at Larnaca and Paphos airports due to the holiday season. Specifically, on December 26th, Larnaca airport is expected to have 65 arrivals and 38 departures, while Paphos airport will have 14 arrivals and 13 departures.

Passenger traffic at both airports was up throughout 2025, exceeding 2024 levels. Specifically, between January and November 2025, Larnaca airport saw 9,365,329 passengers and Paphos airport saw 3,640,954, compared to 8,661,354 and 3,633,990 respectively for the entire year of 2024.

Due to increased traffic, parking at Larnaca airport has limited availability. The managing company, Hermes Airports, encourages the public to pre-book parking spaces online.

This year, 500 new parking spaces were added, bringing the total to 3,500.
