Cyprus Weather Forecast: Dust and Clear Skies

A weak high pressure system is affecting the Cyprus region. From Wednesday, thin dust will be present in the atmosphere.

Tonight: Mainly clear weather. Winds will be mainly northerly to northeasterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will drop to 4 degrees Celsius inland, 7 on the coasts, and minus 1 degree Celsius in the higher mountains, where frost will form locally.

Tomorrow: Mainly clear weather. Winds will be mainly northeasterly to easterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally moderate to strong, 4 to 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will rise to 19 degrees Celsius inland, 20 on the coasts, and 9 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.

On Wednesday, the weather will be mainly clear, although increased high cloud cover will be observed at times. On Thursday and Friday, locally increased cloud cover will be observed at times, which may bring isolated showers, mainly in the mountains, during midday hours.

The temperature is not expected to change significantly over the three-day period and will remain above the average climatological values.
