Strovolos Municipality: Complaints of Neglect Regarding Flooding Issues

A Strovolos resident reports that despite repeated complaints to the Strovolos Municipality about standing water issues outside their home during the winter, there has been no substantial response.

According to the complainant, despite phone calls and the registration of the complaint, the problem remains unresolved. They were informed by telephone that responsibility is being transferred from the Municipality to the EOA (Provincial Self-Government Organization), as the Strovolos Municipality is preparing a list of projects to be transferred. The resident expresses disappointment with the bureaucracy and indifference, emphasizing that in the meantime they are paying taxes.
