Double Warning for Extreme Temperatures in Cyprus

The Meteorological Department has issued a double warning for extreme temperatures in Cyprus. The first, a yellow warning, is in effect from 10:00 PM tonight until 9:00 AM tomorrow morning, with a minimum temperature of 26 degrees Celsius inland and on the coasts, and 24 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.

For tomorrow, Sunday, an orange warning is in effect from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The maximum temperature is expected to reach around 43 degrees Celsius inland and around 34 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.
