Paphos: Fire in Drouseia Partially Under Control

Firefighting forces were mobilized following a fire in the Petra tou Leka area of Drouseia, Paphos.

According to SIGMA's correspondent, Marios Ignatiou, the fire was brought partially under control thanks to the immediate intervention of strong forces. The active fronts have weakened significantly.

Forest firefighters remain in the area for complete extinguishing and prevention of rekindling. The causes of the fire are under investigation.
