Commemoration events for Isaac and Solomou with motorcycle rides

The Isaac and Solomou Memory Initiative is organizing events, road trips, and motorcycle rides on August 8, 9, and 10, 2025.

The events begin on Friday, August 8, 2025, with a motorcycle road trip along the dead zone, starting from the Tomb of Makedonitissa at 10:00 AM and ending at the Ledra Street checkpoint at 11:45 AM.

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, motorcyclists will gather in designated areas in all districts and depart for the Deryneia checkpoint.

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, a memorial service will be held at the Church of Agios Dimitrios in Paralimni, followed by visits to the cemetery and the Deryneia checkpoint.

The events will be policed by the Police to ensure their peaceful conduct and smooth traffic flow.
