Emergency Parliament Session on Limassol Fires

An emergency plenary session of Parliament will be held on Tuesday, August 5, to address the handling of and measures taken regarding the fires in mountainous Limassol.

The parliamentary committees on Agriculture, Interior, and Environment will participate in the joint session. The Ministers of Agriculture, Interior, Justice, and Defence, their General Directors, the Attorney General, and service officials have been invited.

On the same day, the Plenary will discuss the referral of the law on the creation of livestock areas.
