Applications Open for Damage Declarations in Fire-Affected Areas

The Department of Agriculture, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, announces the start of applications for Damage Declarations from July 26, 2025, due to the damages caused by the fire.

The forms are available at the offices of the District Agricultural Office of Limassol and on the website of the Department of Agriculture.

The applications concern crops affected by the fire and not declared in the KOAP 2025 area aid application. Interested parties are invited to submit their declarations no later than August 1, 2025 to the District Agricultural Office of Limassol.

In addition, additional collection points will operate at the Community Councils of Agios Ambrosios, Agios Georgios Sylikou, Alassa, Vouni, Omodos and Pachna, as well as at the KEO offices in the Malia community, from July 26 to 29, 2025.

In cases of force majeure, the declaration can be submitted through a representative, FAX (25306638, 25338722) or email ([email protected]), with the obligation to immediately submit the original declaration.

Applicants must submit a title deed and/or legal management or lease document, as well as a copy of the bank account number (IBAN).
