77 Hazardous Products Identified in EU via Safety Gate RAPEX

Seventy-seven (77) new hazardous products have been identified in the markets of European Union (EU) member states and notified through the Safety Gate RAPEX system.
Consumers can find the relevant list on the website of the Consumer Protection Service (YPK).
The products were distributed for market control purposes as follows:
- Sixteen (16) to the Consumer Protection Service.
- Twenty-three (23) to the Department of Pharmaceutical Services.
- Twenty-one (21) to the Department of Electromechanical Services.
- Thirteen (13) to the Department of Labor Inspection.
- Four (4) to the Health Services.
YPK calls on importers, distributors, and sellers to stop distributing these products and consumers to stop using them and return them to the sellers.
According to the Law on Certain Aspects concerning Contracts for the Sale of Goods of 2021, consumers are entitled to replacement or withdrawal in case of a non-compliant product.
