GeSY Extends On-Call Service Hours

The HIO announced the extension of the operating hours for Personal Doctor On-Call Services. The On-Call Services (YE) will operate from 10:00 to 18:00.

The call center will begin operating 30 minutes before the start of the YE. GeSY beneficiaries can use the services on Weekends and Public Holidays for emergency health problems.

Beneficiaries should not contact the YE for pre-existing conditions, repeat prescriptions, or referrals. Communication is done by telephone and an appointment is required.

The extended hours are valid from December 06, 2025 to March 29, 2026.
