Sweep Operation in Paphos: Arrests and Repatriations

Police, in cooperation with other authorities, have proceeded with the repatriation of 12 third-country nationals who were residing illegally in Cyprus. The arrests were made during a police operation by the YAM in the Paphos district.

In total, 19 people were arrested. Procedures for the repatriation of the remaining 7 are ongoing. Police efforts to locate and repatriate individuals residing illegally in Cyprus continue daily.
