POED Suspends Work Stoppage on November 26

POED has decided to suspend the planned work stoppage in elementary schools on November 26, regarding the new teacher evaluation system.

According to an announcement, the decision was taken as a gesture of goodwill. However, POED retains its objections to the Ministry of Education and the way the reform is being promoted.

The organization condemns the Ministry's failure to present an agreed plan to Parliament, as well as the undermining of institutional dialogue.
