Strong Winds and Possible Rain in Cyprus

A weak high pressure system is affecting the region of Cyprus. Today, the weather will be mainly clear, but at times there will be increased cloud cover.
The winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and occasionally in the southwest in the afternoon up to strong, 5 Beaufort. The sea will be slightly rough. The temperature will rise to around 19 degrees Celsius inland and on the coasts, and to 8 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will remain mainly clear. The winds will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly, light, 3 Beaufort, and the sea will be calm to slightly rough. The temperature will drop to 6 degrees Celsius inland, around 8 on the coasts, and to minus 2 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains, where local frost will form.
On Monday, increased cloud cover after noon in the mountains is likely to bring isolated rain. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the weather will be mainly clear, but locally there will be increased cloud cover.
The temperature will rise slightly until Wednesday, but will remain close to the average climatological values.
