Complaints about problems in schools ahead of the new year

The new school year has started with problems, according to the Progressive Movement of Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers. In their announcement, they state that many schools are construction sites, staffing continues, and air conditioners have not been installed in elementary schools.
In Pre-Primary Education, prefabricated classrooms continue to dominate and there is administrative understaffing. Kindergarten teachers are forced to take on administrative responsibilities without secretarial support.
In addition, the announcements for the modernization of legislation in Special Education have not been implemented, while there are shortages of school escorts and overcrowding in Special Schools and Special Units.
The Progressive Movement of Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers emphasizes that it will continue to fight for the improvement of the daily life of teachers and for a more humane, fair and democratic public school. ΚΥΠΕ reported the news.
