Psychological Support Centers Established for Fire Victims in Limassol

Psychological Support Centers have been established for those affected by the major fire in the Limassol province. They will operate from tomorrow, Wednesday, according to OKYpY.

The Mental Health Services Directorate of OKYpY announced that two centers staffed with specialized Mental Health Officers have been created at the Souni Elementary School (tel. 94069672) and the Agios Therapontas Community Council (tel. 94069673).

The centers aim to provide immediate psychological support, relief from mental pain, and mental empowerment to those affected. They will begin operating from tomorrow, July 30, 2025, from 9 am to 4 pm daily, including weekends.

Community Mental Health Services have already rushed to the fire-stricken areas to identify needs for psychological support.
