Kiti, Larnaca: 31-Year-Old Dies in Paramotor Accident

A tragic accident occurred in the Kiti area of Larnaca, claiming the life of a 31-year-old paramotor pilot. Antonis Kourras, from Anagyra, died while flying.

According to initial reports, around 08:30, Antonis Kourras was flying a motorized paramotor glider in the coastal area of parasolia in Kiti. Under investigation circumstances, he lost control and crashed into a rock near the shore.

The JRCC activated the National Search and Rescue Plan "NEARCHOS". A patrol from the Kiti Police Station and an ambulance rushed to the scene. The pilot was transported to the Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
