Hunters Protest in Paralimni Against Activists

Active Citizens – United Cypriot Hunters Movement are organizing a peaceful protest today, September 27th, outside the Paralimni Police Station at 4 p.m.

The protest aims to express dissatisfaction with the tolerance of illegal actions by activists, violations of the penal code, and the lack of a legal framework for legal hunting activity.

The movement denounces the need for police approval for mass gatherings, despite having received permission. A letter has been sent to the Chief of Police and other authorities regarding the reasons for the protest.

The hunters declare their determination to demand "hunting justice" and condemn the "anti-hunting hatred".
