The first podcast with Sotiris Kaittanis, broadcast last year on 08/07/2024, had tremendous appeal. We promised to do a second podcast to complete the story. In the first part, we dealt with the period that begins a few days before the coup of July 15 and ended with the battle of Aspri Moutti in Pentadaktylos.

In this podcast, Sotiris recounts the shocking battles in Pentadaktylos from 07/21/1974 until the second phase of the Turkish invasion on 08/15/1974, the self-sacrifice of the commandos, the betrayal, the retreat, the entrapment in the occupied areas, and the final liberation of those who survived.
