Students Flock to Akrotiri Environmental Education Center

The upgraded Akrotiri Environmental Education Center is bustling with activity this summer, welcoming over 400 students. The center offers specialized environmental programs for students aged 5 to 12.

The Center's team, led by Dr. Thomas Hadjikyriakou and Georgia Theodorou, has designed interactive activities. Upgrades include new interactive whiteboards, electronic equipment, and telescopes.

Georgia Theodorou emphasized the unique experience offered by the center, connecting children with nature and highlighting the ecological importance of the Akrotiri peninsula.

The Center accepts reservations from schools and groups from all over Cyprus.
