Reduced Water Supply in Famagusta District Due to Damage

The water supply in the Famagusta district, including the municipal districts of Ayia Napa and Paralimni – Deryneia, will be reduced today due to damage at the Dhekelia Desalination Unit.

According to an announcement by the Municipality of Ayia Napa, the water supply will be significantly reduced until the damage is repaired. The Municipality calls on consumers to show caution and responsibility in their water usage, avoiding unnecessary consumption.

The Municipality of Ayia Napa is in constant communication with the competent services and will inform the public about the progress of the restoration. A similar appeal was made by the Municipality of Paralimni – Deryneia.
