Miltiades Neophytou Undertakes €5 Million Project in Strovolos

The Municipality of Strovolos has announced the commencement of the construction contract for the regeneration of the city's historical center, funded by the European and Investment Funds (THALIA 2021-2027 program).

The Mayor of Strovolos, Stavros Stavrinidis, signed the contract with Yiannakis Ioannou, General Manager of Miltiades Neophytou Civil Engineering Contractors & Developers Ltd.

The total budget of the project amounts to €5,652,500, including VAT, with the European Union contributing €4,930,000.

The project focuses on the area of the historical churches of Strovolos (I.N. Panagias Chryseleousis and Agios Georgios), aiming to create a level road surface, solve stormwater problems, reduce speeds, enhance accessibility, and improve safety.
