Total Lunar Eclipse Visible from Cyprus on September 7

The Troodos Observatory is organizing a special observation event for the Total Lunar Eclipse, which will be visible from Cyprus on September 7. Due to limited spaces, early booking is required.
The phenomenon will be fully visible from Cyprus during its main phases. The moon will rise around 18:59, while the penumbral eclipse stage will already be in progress. A partial eclipse will occur at 19:28.
At 20:30, the moon will be completely covered by the Earth's shadow, acquiring the red glow of totality. The eclipse reaches its maximum at 21:12, while at 21:52 the moon begins to exit the shadow. The phenomenon ends at 23:55.
Organized observation events will be announced on the Troodos Observatory website www.troodosobservatory.com and on social media.
