Repatriation Completed: 149 Returned from Dubai, 1181 in Total

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the arrival of a repatriation flight of Cyprus Airways from Dubai, United Arab Emirates with 149 passengers. This flight completes the schedule of chartered flights.

In the last week, the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs coordinated a total of eight chartered flights with 1181 people, who departed from the crisis area, together with our Diplomatic Missions. These are mainly Cypriot citizens, permanent residents in Cyprus citizens of other countries, as well as citizens of the European Union.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Missions will continue to provide assistance and consular support to Cypriot citizens who remain in the region and beyond.
