Paphos: Firefighting Vehicles Allegedly Used for Other Tasks

Deputy mayors of Akamas and Polis Chrysochous municipalities allege that double-cabin vehicles, equipped with firefighting equipment for immediate response to fires, are now being used for other tasks.

The deputy mayors report that the firefighting equipment, subsidized by 50% by the provincial administration, has been removed from the vehicles.
