Passengers on Ryanair flight FR353 (later FR353A) from Berlin to Paphos are experiencing incredible hardship. The flight, scheduled for 20:05, was canceled, leaving over 100 Cypriots stranded.

Passengers boarded at 10 p.m. without clear information. Announcements, delays, and contradictions followed. Initially, landing permission was granted but later canceled due to airport restrictions.

In the morning, passengers were moved to a baggage claim area without food and later asked to evacuate the area. Despite updates for a 10 a.m. departure, the situation remained uncertain. The passengers, mainly Cypriots, including families with young children, experienced extreme hardship and psychological distress.

One passenger described a situation of complete uncertainty, with a lack of support and official information from the airline.
