Fire in Theletra, Paphos Under Full Control

A fire that broke out near the community of Theletra, in Paphos, was brought under full control on Tuesday afternoon.

The fire burned approximately four decares of dry vegetation. Ground and air forces assisted in the extinguishing operation due to the difficult terrain.

Forces from the Fire Service and the Game and Fauna Service remain in the area to prevent flare-ups. The causes of the fire will be investigated.
