Green Recycling Kiosk Installed in Polemi

A "green" kiosk has been installed in Polemi to prevent waste generation and promote the reuse and recycling of materials, according to an announcement by the community authority.

The kiosk is a small sorting center for recyclable materials, set up in a modified shipping container, which accepts separated recyclable materials from citizens.

The aim is to record the quality and quantity of incoming materials, as well as to achieve detailed separation and recovery of high-purity and high-value materials. It also has a human-centered character due to the presence of an operator.
