Warning: Dangerous electrical products on the market

The Department of Electromechanical Services warns about the circulation of dangerous electrical products on the market, including chargers, electric bicycles, mixers and heaters.

The products were notified through the EU's rapid alert system (Safety Gate) during the 32nd week of 2025.

The Department calls on importers, distributors and sellers to stop the distribution of the products and notify the Department. Consumers who own these products are urged to stop using them and return them to the point of purchase.

According to the 2021 law, consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for non-compliant products within two years of purchase.
