Limassol Fire: Victims Identified as Dimitris and Maro Filippidis

Police have confirmed that the victims of the recent fire in mountainous Limassol are Dimitris and Maro Filippidis, aged 81 and 77 respectively.

Their charred bodies were found inside their vehicle, which was discovered by Civil Defence members on the Monagri - Alassa road during a resident evacuation operation.

The autopsy revealed the cause of death as carbonization. Samples were taken for identification purposes.
