Fire in Agia Anna, Larnaca – Under Control

A fire broke out in the "Roharka" area of Agia Anna community, in the Larnaca district, at 18:40.

According to the Department of Forests, the immediate intervention of the fire extinguishing forces led to the complete control of the fire at 19:20. The fire burned a small area with low wild vegetation.

22 people from the Department of Forests with six fire trucks participated in the extinguishing operation, as well as one vehicle from the Fire Service with four people.

The causes of the fire are under investigation.
