Fire at Lanitio High School in Limassol β Investigation Underway
A fire broke out on Monday evening at Lanitio High School in Limassol. According to initial reports, a workshop of the school board at Lanitio was engulfed in flames.
The fire was contained by members of the Fire Service. Tools and machinery were destroyed. Firefighters managed to move vehicles away from the area.
According to Fire Service spokesperson Andreas Kettis, the Police and the Electromechanical Service have been notified to attend the scene.
No forced entry was detected on the door, and the causes of the fire are under investigation.
